The Athena Programme Associates is the flexible resourcing model which is a key element of our success. We pride ourselves on finding the right people, with the right skills, to meet a particular training or consultancy project requirement.
Our associate team provides clients with the reassurance that we have a supply of experts with a vast range of skills, creative expertise and experience, to meet their specific requirement and demand.
All our work is tailored to the customer’s individual or organisational needs. All work is evidenced based and creative.
Prospective Associates are required to complete an application form, submit curriculum vitae, provide details of at least two current referees and attend a formal interview with The Athena Programme.
An Associate Role(s) and Person Profile(s) are provided to all prospective Associates. Associate applications are measured against this role profile and competency framework.
