High flying, inquisitive and focused – that’s how we describe Lucy
Since joining The Athena Programme in February 2009 as Administrator she has rocketed up her chosen career ladder with enthusiasm and style, and is now our Business Manager.
Excellent customer service is the core of our business and Lucy believes passionately in ‘going that extra mile’ to ensure that our customers feel valued, properly listened to and heard. A creative and solution focused professional, she is an indispensable member of our team and is valued by staff and customers alike.
Lucy is brilliant at organising us all, and takes the pressure off managing our diaries and preparing us for meetings and liaising with customers so that we can concentrate on providing an excellent service. She is responsible for supervising our apprentice Jack, and training him in all aspects of administration and business support.
At the forefront of all our new business, Lucy provides essential support to the Director at meetings and consultations. She oversees all our contracts and looks after our customers from their very first contact with us to the completion of the work and beyond.
Determined to be at the top of her game, Lucy has completed NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and is currently working towards NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service. Her ambitious approach is the driving force for her next target – an advanced qualification in IT.
Lucy is a real style guru and her passion for fashion sometimes gets the better of her. It has been known for Lucy to go out for office supplies and return with a pair of new shoes instead!
