We provide bespoke training packages to meet all training and organisational development needs. This may include a full policy and procedure development service as part of the learning process or to act as the foundation and platform for continuous training. We can help your organisation meet national policy obligations and standards and to fulfil good practice guidelines.

One of our key strengths is in our experience of working alongside training departments and safeguarding units co-delivering training. In doing so we offer an independent perspective that can constructively challenge and play an active part in remembering the focus of the child or vulnerable adult.

With a person-centred approach we are flexible about group size and can offer discounts for group bookings and extended sessions. We are always willing to appreciate the need to meet the individual requirements of learners and organisations. This often brings us to write new material for your training programmes.

We are committed to delivering training programmes locally to you at a venue which is convenient to your organisation.

All participants who attend and complete our training will receive a certificate of achievement in the chosen subject. We will aim to link the training we deliver to the objectives of your Local Safeguarding Children / Adult Board.

As part of our best practice we offer a 360 degree training process by sending a comprehensive feedback report after the completion of every training programme. This includes group issues, evaluation summaries, participants / trainers feedback, recommendations and other relevant information.
