Creative Training Methods

We believe that training should be a rewarding, fun and exciting experience for all participants. In our training courses we use the creative arts, such as, Lego, puppets, toys, games, scenarios, a variety of innovative and newly designed exercises, socio drama, role play, action methods, and many more ideas and creations to involve participants in the subject matter.

Our aim is to make training compelling and entertaining for participants and to enable them to learn both as individuals and as a team.

We are skilled and confident in our creative abilities and understanding of adult learning to take any subject or issue in relation to safeguarding, for example, roles and responsibilities, safe / unsafe practice and turn a group and their learning into an experientially dynamic experience.
