At the Athena Programme we know that we are what we believe.

At the centre and overarching in all we mindfully speak, think, feel, act throughout the duration of our work and beyond – is always the safeguarding of vulnerable children, young people and adults. It is our focus and our remembrance.

It is a step in changing the thinking by all members and partners in putting the needs of all children and vulnerable adults above organisational, professional and institutional divisions.

We are motivated by compassion, spirituality, faith, caring, integrity, honesty, sustainability and justice and apply these values in all aspects of our work. We work with people to make things better, and to this end we are solution focused in all that we do.
