Our robust recruitment process has enabled us to choose the most outstanding individuals to work with you and our values reflect our commitment to work with your organisation to achieve its full potential and beyond.

We take pride in being amongst the leaders in our field and have a team of staff and facilitators who are dedicated to researching and collating information on up to the minute government legislation, guidelines and policy initiatives, current national initiatives and news in safeguarding that may have implications for you as an organisation.

All staff that facilitate and train groups are members of MPV/Socio drama Action Methods which is an accredited training school of the British Psychodrama Association. They all have a current CRB check and where applicable are registered with the General Social Care Council.

Principles of the Training
Our aim for every organisation we work with is to provide a level of support, training and expertise that will give you the confidence and assurance to maintain your new safeguarding strategy independently.

We hope that people that attending our training are open to learning and hope they embrace change in thinking and in practice. Through the use of experiential methods and creativity we hope the training sessions are as ‘open’, ‘honest’ and ‘safe’. We always do our best to ensure everyone in the group feels valued, listened to and included. Each group member has the right to determine what may be shared with the rest of the group. We believe everyone arrives with their own unique personal story and a series of what may also maybe their professional stories. We respect that it is their choice and own integrity which is shared within the group process. We pride ourselves on maintaining group confidentiality, trust and shared understanding.
Equality Statement
We are committed to acknowledging, promoting and developing issues and practices to recognise and meet individual differences in a positive and supportive way. We believe that all people, especially children and vulnerable adults, are of equal worth so please treat everyone with respect regardless of race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion during any training session. Complaints & Suggestions
As a training and learning organisation we are strongly committed to the never ending cycling of learning and growth. For our company this is both at an individual and as well as an organisational level. We want to ensure our services are professional, relevant and accessible at all times. We hope that we encourage you and people within your organisation to be honest and open with suggestions and complaints. We acknowledge your views and feedback are crucial in the delivery of high quality services. There is an evaluation sheet for all participants to complete at the end of every training session. In regards to consultancy or any other suggestion / complaint that you may needs to be discussed in person please email or contact the office direct and ask to speak with the managing director.
Compliments
It is always great to focus on the positives and we welcome any useful comments. We are keen to hear about the things you liked, the exercises or parts of training that enable practice to change or consultancy that made your organisation safer. It always useful for the trainers to hear they thought you did a good job, or delivered a session in particularly informative or fun way. We advocate solution focused practice in all areas of our work.

Evaluation & Feedback
Evaluation and feedback is very important to us, and we pride ourselves on the robust monitoring and evaluation processes we use that help us continue to develop and improve the standard and content of our training and consultancy.

We will consult with you at every stage of our working relationship and when necessary provide your organisation with a sustainable and clear exit strategy.
