Managing and working with multi-agency training pools can be a complex process. A mix of trainers from different professional backgrounds, often giving their time ‘in kind’ whilst working on the frontline is organisationally challenging. This course gives you a chance to explore many of the different aspects of such a group and with a workshop approach allows for real development and creation of new ways of working.
